We use PregnaVie by Vegetology and will continue to do so through the whole pregnancy and during breast feeding. With the full recommended amount of 400mcg of Folate and 20 other nutrients we feel it’s the best option for mothership and growing babies. We opted for an additional supplement of Omega 3 to help boost babies heart, joint and brain development. In my opinion, Opti3 is the best vegan Omega supplement by far. With the combination of supplements from Vegetology, Mothership is well and baby is off to the best start on there ethical, eco friendly, healthy journey into the world.
